Decent stay with some minor issues

beautiful grounds pretty rooms limited buffet missing slippers

The location is amazing overlooking the river. I loved looking at the rock formations. The grounds were beautifully maintained. The rooms were clean and pretty!

The breakfast buffet offered limited options, a major downside. I asked for extra slippers, but they were not provided in my room.

mountain view excellent service

The hotel gardens feature amazing mountain views.. I especially enjoyed this while having breakfast. Staff provided excellent service from the pool to check out.

The reception was unwilling to assist with scooter rentals. They also didn't offer bus tickets.

the grounds were well kept and the rooms felt quite excellent.

The reception refused to provide any service, such as scooter rentals or bus tickets. They told me to ask elsewhere it was disappointing given the price of the resort, especially considering cheaper accommodations are happy to assist their guests.
